Our social contract is an agreement between all of us in the classroom on how we want to be treated. As a group we brainstorm ways we would like to be treated and together we create our social contract. Students will also create consequences for our classroom. I gave the majority of power to the students in creating these classroom expectations because I wanted them to be in control of positive self managing. Every student and adult in the classroom will sign this contract indicating that they agree to the classroom behaviors.
